Consumer opinions company Piplsay asked 30,390 Americans and 6,050 Brits what they think about NFTs. Of note:
Three in five American respondents (59%) think that NFTs are the future;
18% of Americans think that NFTs are a bubble that will burst soon.

NFTs are prompting an explosion of new works designed to exploit the latest digital technologies including augmented and virtual reality. It may not happen tomorrow or even this year, but massive disruption is inevitable.

We are still at the very frontier stage of NFTs. Very soon we will see an avalanche of innovative and avant garde art appear across platforms. Artists, designers and even architects will begin to cut out agents and middlemen to strike a new rapport with consumers directly.

Wow. The Weeknd just sold his first ever #NFT, 'The Source', on NiftyGateway. The winning bid at US$490,000 was for original unreleased music by The Weeknd and visual design by LA-based design team Strangeloop Studios.
