Tip for anyone who gets interrupted at work:
State your point in a crisp, half-sentence AND THEN give your supporting evidence.
This ensures people get access to your great idea immediately and just as importantly, if you get cut off, you still get credit for the idea as opposed to someone else taking it from you.
Or you can just channel your inner Michael Scott. 😆
How do you handle interruptions on Zoom calls?
✨HOW TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND YOU WHEN YOU PRESENT✨
If you're presenting a concept to your team, don't ask "Did everyone understand that?"
Usually, you'll be met with silence or nods of agreement because most people don't want to expose themselves as the one person in the room who may not have understood.
To check for comprehension, ask "Have I made myself clear?" (emphasis on "I")
Even if this is more challenging to your ego, it gives you the chance to make sure your points were truly understood.
Another way to ask:
"Would you like to stay on this point or move to the next topic?"
This is a neutral way of letting clients express confusion about a topic (or lack of acceptance) without threatening their ego or embarrassing them.
Main point here: It's your job as the presenter to create a space for proper mutual understanding. 🙌

So true. And with that, I think I'm ready to finally raise my Founder Reward 5% to 15% at my time midnight PST. This is what needs to happen if creators are going to start looking at Bitclout as a means of making money (which is the narrative).
Love this haha. This is probably the closest my face will ever get to being on a bill with everyone going crypto, so thanks @Petrh for making my dream come true 😆
Wishing you had even 30 more minutes every day to do something you love?
Take advantage of the moments in between.
Waiting in line at Starbucks?
Perfect time to practice a quick breathing meditation or to send your mom a text.
Waiting for your oatmeal to boil? Unload the dishwasher.
This seems obvious, but we usually aren't cognizant of how often we mindlessly scroll social media on our phones, because it just seems like a minute here or there.
It adds up! So, why not flip the script?
When it comes to task management, sometimes people will focus too much on "due dates". My task management system always includes a "DO date", as in the day in which I will DO the task. I find this more relevant because by the time a DUE date rolls around, you're pressed for time.
With time and attention being such scarce resources, your unique perspective on what people SHOULD and SHOULD NOT pay attention to is what sets you apart in an age of info overload. #becomethefilter
Just passed my 1000th follower. For most, this isn’t a big deal, but for people like me who have never had 1,000 followers on ANY platform, I’m grateful. I’d like to give back, and here’s how: 👇👇👇 (COMMENTS)
I love that whenever I take a break from Bitclout (in this case a long weekend), I come back to more features. @diamondhands and team keeping me on my toes. Well done.
For me, the most valuable benefit of being here "early" is being able to connect with other early adopters. Early adopters tend to be curious about life, driven, ambitious, work on cool side projects, and have great intel. That's the true 💎 in my opinion.
Interestingly enough, the term "smart contract" was actually coined back in 1998 by the American computer scientist Nick Szabo who invented the digital currency BitGold 10 YEARS BEFORE Bitcoin was created. Thought the term smart contract was more recent for sure.
Wow! Thank you so much for the shout-out and for the generous investment! Congrats on hitting 500 followers @designsta!
