Why do you think bitclout doesn't allow withdrawals yet?

My take: Bitclout is limited to 10-19m coins. As soon as the limit is reached the price rises naturally as long as the demand keeps up. When demand & supply is balanced withdrawals can be allowed without a crash - smart!
