What a day.

Day 10/365 of 60 minutes of meditation ✅ (forgot to post last night)

-got it done, but it was tough. When I have an intense day at work, I just want to lay down and rest. Motivation to get these done in the AM. I will figure out the balance.

Day 1/365 of 60 minutes of meditation ✅

-great to start day one off with a win
-was tired but forced myself to get on the cushion. This is the point of the goal and making it public.
-it was physically tough to sit for so long, and the meditation was mostly thinking. But both of these will get easier as the days and weeks go by.
-meditated on what I am grateful for and was amazed at all of the blessings I do have in my life.

OK, so after selling her first NFT on deso, my niece is inspired to create a few more.

She's introducing 13 Teeny Teens. Each $20. All money goes to her and she says all funds will go to art supplies to create more art for future NFT designs.

good time to mention I took my first well-being class with @Choosebright yesterday and it was awesome! 15 minute posture reset with mindfulness tips on my lunch break, had me feeling great for the afternoon! excited to fit in more classes when I can :)

@thomaslc joined the Bright team in early 2020 - he flew to Halifax to hang out with us for a week. Then a pandemic hit and we've not seem him IRL since!

He updates his coin holders weekly w/ product roadmap and plans. Asks and listens to our feedback. And builds/launches new features quickly for real-world feedback.
