Building clout on here doesn’t happen over night. So many people expect instant gratification and don’t stay the course. Consistency compounds over time. Consistently add value and in the long run you will win.

You meet your 18 year old self. You’re allowed to say 3 words. What do you say?

Anyone else noticed a change in the level of interaction on the global feed? Scrolling through the last 100 or so posts likes, reclouts and comment volume seems drastically reduced from just a couple of days ago. Algorithm change or less compelling content?

Looking forward to using the bitclout desktop app! To date 95% of my use has been through my phone browser. Who uses:

A) Phone?
B) Computer?

Creator coin price drops have been compounded by people panic selling due to the bitclout price drop. To the contrary, this is the time to buy more. In the words of Buffett “be fearful when people are greedy and greedy when people are fearful”.

There is a point at which trying harder produces only incremental gains. A new thought pattern and action can produce a quantum leap.

A busy day has impacted on my clouting! How to get the balance right when investors expect, and have a right, to their creators being active?

When hiring someone do you:

A) hire the person with exceptional skill and experience in the role but a questionable attitude?
B) hire someone with average experience and skill in the role but a great attitude?

What would you say is the greatest achievement of your life so far?

Thought of the day: Success & failure is too binary. Too often we over generalise. There are degrees of both & infinite contexts. Stop comparing yourself to someone else & focus on being better, at a chosen discipline(s), than you were yesterday. You are your only competition.

So true! I’ve found that I’m far more creative and productive when I’ve given myself the chance to relax, refresh and reset!

Reminder: take a break.

Yes, new tech, new business, new opportunity is exciting. But, so is your health, your mind and the ones that you love.

Soak in the sun. Share a whiskey. Write. Listen to your partner. Check on a friend.

Interesting that my feed defaults to the following feed rather than global. Is that the same for everyone? Interested to see what that does for engagement!

Careful of the scammers out there people. Seeing more and more fake accounts and elaborate attempts. Always do your research and hopefully the minority won’t ruin it for the rest of us. Safe and happy clouting!

What’s everyone’s thoughts on the likelihood of other platforms (Facebook, Twitter etc) trying to provide a similar monetisation method?

Personally I can’t see it happening - the model/culture being too different - and therefore implementation and adoption unlikely to succeed.
