After my first week or two on BitClout I posted about what a great idea it would be to put some new user account restrictions in place to prevent people from using BitClout as a rug pulling operation.

200+ days later I stand even more strongly with this idea.

The best way to introduce people in the crypto/DeSo world is slowly, safely, and with as many familiar feelings as possible to traditional finance/social.

Meaningful progression is building upon the flaws of the past not removing the guidelines that made them stable and safe.

During the peak of @CloutPunk hype, @Nader himself was thinking about buying this Steve Jobs NFT for 500 CLOUT.

Putting coin price aside, does it feel better to own 0.01 of a coin or 1?

There's something fulfilling about owning 1+ coins.

A surprisingly large amount of investors don't understand market cap - they just want to say they own 100,000 coins in something.

For the future of BitClout, I think it would be a great idea to lengthen the bonding curve so people can own more coins visually.

For the public, it's much more appealing to own 1 coin of @dharmesh valued at $150 than to own 0.01 coin valued at $150.

Thoughts?

A new BitClout update is approaching, I can feel it!

For all of us that started this wild journey 150+ days and stuck around through intermission - exciting times are coming.

There’s actually a huge betting community on BitClout - I just might have to post some picks for everyone like the old days!

Crypto still feels weird to me, I remember and participated in the crazy alt coin run of 2017 - crypto seemed like an overhyped fad.

Today feels similar, but longer. Maybe every couple years we’ll experience euphoria and the floor will grow.

I guess we’ll just wait and find out!

I believe #PlayToEarn gaming is the next logical step for AAA studios.
