Taking a stroll today around the Sydney royal botanical gardens trying to experience a different side of the big city. Nestled in the middle of the park was this beautiful giant Koala. A perfect mix of nature and art. We have been in Australia for almost a week now and this is the first Koala we seen, but I think it’s a pretty good first impression. Hoping we get as great of a view of the first one in the wild.

Reflecting on the past, pondering the future.
Devonport is a small seaside village with lots of cafes and cool restaurants. We climbed up Mt. Victoria for a view of downtown Auckland but the weather ruined the view, fortunately we came across this guy to give us some prospective

Driving from Wellington to Auckland, took us to the cute little town of Hamilton. A two minute walk away from dinner we found the perfect spot that sums up the quaintness of Hamilton and the natural beauty of New Zealand.

We stopped in Waitomo to see the glow worm 🐛 caves before our tour started we visited Marokopa Falls, a 40 minute drive down a never ending windy road, we came to a small sign on the side of the road with another car packed.
Soaking in the ‘wai ora’ or healing waters.
After four hours on the road we found this little gem in Tokaanu. These volcanic fed thermal pools were bubbling like crazy, they were so hot the steam raising made it look like the trees were sweating.
Now you see me, now you don’t.
Wellington has some of the coolest street art. We found this guy just a few minutes from our Airbnb on a main road, 20 minutes walk away from Cuba street.

Our journey in New Zealand started from Wellington, which has been the quaintest capital city that we have ever visited. We spent an afternoon at the botanical gardens.
